In this video I will share with you my own morning routine which I developed over the past years. I will also share with you the three things which I don’t do in the morning, and I don’t want you to do them either.
My morning routine:
1) Two glasses of lemon water
2) Exercise (break a sweat)
3) Gratitude and Visualization
4) Review my game plan for the day
5) Fuel the body (nutritious carb-free breakfast)
Three things to avoid in the morning:
1) No checking emails and social media
2) No coffee
3) No news (TV, newspapers, etc.)
